HEOR Consultant
Thelma Arcelin holds a European Master in Health Economics and Management from the University of Rotterdam and the University of Bologna. After a first experience at the Hospinnomics research chair, Thelma worked for two years at the Paris hospitals, in a rare diseases healthcare network. This experience allowed her to acquire a good knowledge of the hospital environment. She joined CEMKA’s health economics department in September 2022.
As a health economics consultant, Thelma is in charge of conducting medico-economic evaluation studies of innovative health strategies within the HEOR department. She is also in charge of structured reviews of the economic literature in various pathologies for public and private actors.
