Vice president of HEOR
Vice president of HEOR at CEMKA, has been working for more than 15 years in the field of health economics innovations and evaluations. She leaded and participated to many observational studies implemented in innovative hospitals as health economic research projects better known as PRME. Sandrine Baffert works closely with clinicians and health institutions, providing a holistic view of health assessment and patients’ opinion. Her experience in hospitals gives her a very good knowledge of multiple pathologies managed in hospitals. Holding a doctoral in Public Health and a PhD in Health Economics (Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), Sandrine Baffert is teaching Health economics and Public Health in French University (UPEC, Faculté de médecine Paris Descartes…). She is also member since over 15 years of College of Health Economists and International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research.
