Co-founder and director of CEMKA until 2008, Francis FAGNANI has since been an independent consultant in Market Access and Health Economics. Honorary Director of Research at INSERM, he has been directly involved in teaching, research and implementation of health economic evaluation methods in France and internationally. He was a member of the Transparency Committee (1992-1997) and of the Expert Committee for Research, Studies and Evaluations in the Health Field (CEREES) (2017-2020). His research work has been the subject of more than 180 peer-reviewed publications and 3 books.
