Julie LE MAO

Julie LE MAO is Director of Market Access & Pricing at CEMKA, where she supports the market access of healthcare products in France, including medicinal products, vaccines, medical devices, and in vitro diagnostic medical devices.

Since joining CEMKA in 2019, Julie LE MAO has supported numerous companies across all stages of healthcare product market access and in a wide range of therapeutic areas, particularly rare diseases, oncology, hematology, and immunology. She participates in the development of market access and pricing strategies, the preparation of reimbursement and pricing submission dossiers, and the provision of technical and regulatory advice. She also supports clients in their interactions with French health authorities, including pre-submission meetings, adversarial procedures, and hearing preparation.

In addition, she has worked extensively on advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) and serves as the internal reference expert on these topics within the team.

Julie LE MAO holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Bordeaux and a Master’s degree in Health Economics and Management from Paris Dauphine University. Prior to joining CEMKA, she gained initial experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry.
